At first, when we are learning a good habit it is usually hard, By as time goes by and we do it more often we usually called it as "Just like brushing your teeth" Its a good habit and a notion that it goes easy as we learned and love it day by day.
So any habit that we would like to incorporate to our lives (Good ones) Habit forming is just like "Brushing your teeth".
